To qualify for Sao Tome and Principe Citizenship, Applicants must make one time donation to the National Transformation Fund as follows:
National Transformation Fund
One time contribution paid to the treasury of the government.
- USD 90,000 for a single applicant
- USD 95,000 for a family of two to four members
- USD 5,000 for each additional dependant
Submission Fee:
- USD 5,000 applies per application
Future Additions
Any qualifying dependent added after the issuance of the approval in principle, the following fees shall apply:
- Spouse of a citizen: USD 10,000
- Qualifying dependent: USD 5000 / person
- Newborn child of a citizen (up to 1 year of age): USD 500
